1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, using our website, or signing our waiver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Caddie Baddie LLC provides professional women caddie services for 18-hole golf rounds across the Houston, TX area. Services include bag carrying, drink service, music curation, and entertainment as described in each package. All services are subject to availability.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment is due prior to or on the day of service.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will honor the price at time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 48+ hours before booking: Full refund issued.
• 24–48 hours before booking: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.
• Within 24 hours: Non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion.
• Weather cancellations: Full credit issued with no expiration date.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Treat all Caddie Baddie staff with respect and professionalism at all times.
• Comply with all golf course rules and policies.
• Sign the Caddie Baddie Participant Waiver prior to your round.
• Be responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests during the service.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Caddie Baddie LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time without refund if a client engages in harassment, verbal or physical abuse, discriminatory behavior, or any conduct that violates our Code of Conduct as outlined in the Participant Waiver.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards can be applied toward any Caddie Baddie package or add-on service.
• Caddie Baddie LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

8. Limitation of Liability

Caddie Baddie LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in golf activities or use of our services. All clients assume inherent risks associated with golf. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, text, images, and design is the property of Caddie Baddie LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
